1. Who we are and what we provide

Danilo IT is a brand of Danilo Consulting Co., Ltd. (101/7-8, 3rd Fl., Room No.305, Soi Sukhumvit 101/1, Bang Chak, Phra Khanong District, Bangkok 10260, Thailand). We design, build, and operate AI software: consumer applications and SaaS platforms — including reTubeIt (a discovery guide built from creator videos), BiteTheMenu (a restaurant operating system with an AI growth team), BiteTheSkin, and BiteTheSmile — and bespoke AI systems for companies. These terms cover this website and, unless a product publishes its own terms, our products.

2. Accounts

This website has no accounts. Our products may require one; you are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for what happens under your account. You must be legally able to enter a contract to buy a paid plan.

3. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the services: no unlawful content, no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the systems, no scraping at abusive volumes, and no use of the services to harm others.

4. Content and intellectual property

The services, their design, and their software belong to Danilo Consulting Co., Ltd. or its licensors. Content you upload stays yours; you give us the licence needed to operate the service on your behalf. Third-party content surfaced by our products (for example creator videos) belongs to its owners and is always attributed and linked to its source.

5. Billing & refunds

  • Payments in our products are processed by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time from the product's billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period already started.
  • One-time purchases (such as credit packs): if the credits are unused, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by writing to chat@danilo.it.com.
  • Billing questions of any kind: chat@danilo.it.com. We answer ourselves, and quickly.

6. Disclaimers

Our products summarize and organize information, including AI-generated answers. We work hard on accuracy — and our systems say so when they don't know — but the services are provided "as is", without warranties of completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Business decisions taken on top of our answers remain yours.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Danilo Consulting Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the services; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this address with the date above. Material changes to a paid product are announced inside the product.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
