Bangkok · AI development agency

Big companies have a whole
team building their AI.
Now you can have one too.

You will never need to understand any of it.

We build AI into one business at a time. Your marketing, the way you run the day, the numbers nobody has time to read, and the work that must never leave your building. If a job is reading, checking, writing or watching, a machine can do it. We build that machine, around the way you already work.

Getting customers

Your website, your photos, your posts, and the questions people ask before they buy.

Running the day

Orders, bookings, stock, suppliers. The jobs somebody does by hand every week.

Knowing where you stand

What the people around you are doing, and the numbers nobody has time to read.

The private part

Some of it must never leave your building. We agree what stays inside before we build.

Why we do it

A machine can take the hours.
A person should get them back.

Reading, searching, checking, reporting. The work that fills a week and leaves nothing anyone remembers. A machine can do all of it, every hour of every day, and hand back only the result. That is the whole point of what we build. Not a smaller team. A shorter week, at the same pay or more.

Nobody is replaced. a person still makes every decision

How it works

Three steps.
The middle one is the one nobody does.

It is the same three steps every time, whatever the business is. Only the data changes.

01

Collect

We read what you cannot read yourself. The market outside, and everything you already hold inside. Millions of words a day, without stopping.

02

Organise

We cut all of it into small pieces and give every piece its place, so the right one is found in a fraction of a second. Skip this and the answers stay vague.

This part took us years to get right. You get it working from day one.

03

Answer

It reads the notes and comes back with one answer, and the note it came from. Not thirty links, not a summary of a search.

From outside public

  • Your competitors, and what they charge
  • The market, and where it is moving
  • Reviews, posts, and everything written about you
  • The questions people ask before they buy

From inside yours

  • What you sell, and what you charge for it
  • Your social accounts and everything you have published
  • Your orders, your bookings, your numbers
  • Anything your team already writes down

What we build for you

We write your business down.
Every day.

We read your market and your own records, and we write down what we find. Thousands of small notes. Every note says where it came from.

When you ask a question, the AI reads the notes and gives you one answer. It shows you the note it used, so you can check it yourself.

Tomorrow there are more notes than today. So tomorrow the answer is better, and that costs you nothing more. The notes are yours. If you leave, they go with you.

This one is ours. Every note about how our own software works, and the lines between them. We did it to ourselves first, for years. Yours will look like this, about your shop.

What we build on

The best AI in the world
knows nothing about your business.

So we do not build the models. We build what sits on top.

Claude, ChatGPT and DeepSeek are the strongest models in the world, and a better one arrives every few months. We choose the right one for each job and change it the day something better comes out. What we build around them does not have to change with them, so every improvement in AI reaches you without a new project and without a new invoice.

Claude ChatGPT DeepSeek and whatever comes next
The models

Not ours. Chosen for each job, replaced the day something better arrives.

Our agents

One for every job a person would otherwise do. They read, they decide, and they come back with the work finished.

Your notes

Everything we have written down about your market and your business. They only grow, and they stay yours.

Where your data stays

And it does not all have to leave the building.

Some of what we collect is public and it does not matter where it goes. Some of it is yours, and you may not want it going anywhere at all. We build for that: the sensitive parts can stay inside your own systems and be read there, and we agree at the start what leaves and what never does. It is a decision made when the thing is designed, not a setting somebody finds later.

Projects

Four projects.
The same method underneath.

We built them on ourselves before selling the method to anyone. Two are live and open to anyone right now. Two are being built. Open any one to see what it does.

reTubeIt the creator brain Live

A question answering service built on food videos. It has watched thousands of YouTube food videos and turned what the creators said into something you can search, so you can ask where to eat or how to cook something and get one answer back.

  • Reads whole video transcripts, sorts them, and maps what is inside
  • Answers by chat or by map, in your own language
  • Every answer carries its proof: the exact second of the exact video it came from
  • Covers dishes, restaurants and recipes across many cities and countries
13,723 videos read 21,090 dishes 6,136 places 105 countries

Who it is forAnyone. You ask in your own words and get one answer with the proof, instead of thirty links to read yourself.

BiteTheMenu the restaurant brain Live

A team of more than ten agents working inside a restaurant. The owner asks what the restaurants around them are doing tonight, the guest asks where to eat, and both get an answer in seconds.

  • Holds the whole restaurant in one place: menu, orders, kitchen, stock, the books
  • Builds a website and dish photographs from what it already has
  • Plans a full week of posts in the owner's own voice, on one screen
  • Keeps the menu in every language and watches the competitors every night
  • Setup is two steps: photograph the paper menu, name your competitors
1 photo to start 10+ agents on shift $1 a day 0 agencies

Who it is forA restaurateur who has never touched software. Point a phone at a paper menu and that is the whole setup. It runs at about a dollar a day.

BiteTheSkin the beauty brain In build

The same team as BiteTheMenu, pointed at beauty studios instead of restaurants.

  • Watches the studios nearby and what they are offering
  • Writes a week of content in the owner's own voice
  • Shows honest proof of what worked and what did not
  • The owner approves, or does not

Who it is forA studio owner with no agency and no time. Two questions and a click.

BiteTheSmile the dental brain In build

The same team again, working inside dental clinics, built to stay inside the privacy rules a clinic has to follow.

  • Brings in new patients using real reviews and Google, not invented claims
  • Works inside the rules a clinic must follow, rather than around them
  • Asks for consent first, every time
  • Runs on its own and stops at the clinic's decision

Who it is forA clinic runs it the way it runs a phone. No manual, no training, no code.

Research

The work does not stop,
and every project gets it.

We work on one problem every day: read more, organise it better, answer faster, for less. Whatever we learn on one project goes into all of them. So a client is not buying a finished thing that starts ageing the day it is delivered. They are joining work that keeps getting better, including after the invoice is paid.

Tell us what takes your team too long.

A project, a question, or a job somebody does by hand every week. You do not need to know anything about AI. Tell us what slows the work down and we will answer honestly, cost included. It is usually far less than people expect.

No newsletter. No noise. Just a reply, from me.
