For companies
Your company holds the answer.
Now anyone can ask for it.
A second brain for your company, built one team at a time.
Most questions your team asks have been answered before, somewhere inside the company. In a ticket, a note in the CRM, a chat thread, a document nobody opens. We write all of it down as notes a machine can read, and put the strongest models on top. Anyone asks in plain words and gets one answer, with the note it came from.
What we build
The brain, and what runs
on top of it.
Each one has a plain name, and a person with the last word.
01 · The second brain
Ask the company
Anyone asks. They get one answer, with its source.
Everything your company knows, written down as notes in one place: tickets, notes in the CRM, chat threads, documents, spreadsheets. Every note says where it came from.
Anyone on the team asks in their own words and gets one short answer, with the note it came from, so they can check it themselves. Tomorrow there are more notes than today, so tomorrow the answer is better.
The person who asked decides what to do with the answer. It is there to be checked, not trusted.
02 · On your website
Every new lead answered
A new lead asks a question. They get an answer in seconds.
A chat on your website that answers from your own notes, at any hour. It answers what the visitor asked before it asks them for anything.
When they want to talk to a person, they send a message from the chat, and it goes straight to someone on your team, with everything they asked.
The chat answers questions. A person on your team makes every offer.
03 · Built to order
The job your team repeats every week
Anything else is built to order, one job at a time, on the same notes. You see it working before you decide on the next one. Nothing goes out in your name until a person says yes.
Already running
The same brain runs
two products of ours.
We built it on ourselves before selling the method to anybody. Both are live and open to try, so you can see an answer with its source before you talk to us.
the creator brain
A question answering service built on food videos. It has watched thousands of YouTube food videos and turned what the creators said into something you can search, so you can ask where to eat or how to cook something and get one answer back.
See reTubeIt →the restaurant brain
A team of more than ten agents working inside a restaurant. The owner asks what the restaurants around them are doing tonight, the guest asks where to eat, and both get an answer in seconds.

What a company asks us
first.
Answered here, before you have to ask them.
Who approves what the software does?
A person. The software reads, sorts and prepares. Nothing is sent, posted or changed in your company's name until somebody on your team says yes. The one thing that talks to people outside the company on its own is a chat you choose to switch on, and it only answers questions from your notes. It does not make offers.
Where does our data go?
We agree that at the start, before anything runs: what may leave your systems, which AI may read it, and what never leaves. Some of what we collect is public and can go anywhere. The sensitive parts can stay inside your own systems and be read there.
Which AI do you use?
The strongest one for each job, and whichever is better tomorrow. We do not build the models. When a better one arrives we swap it in, and the notes do not have to change. Which AI may read your data is agreed with you at the start.
Do we have to replace our systems?
No. We read what you already hold, where it already is. Nothing has to be moved or switched off for the notes to be written.
What does it cost?
You know the price before we start. Every answer has a cost, and we spent three years getting it down to a fraction of a cent, on our own products, before anybody else's. It is usually far less than people expect.
What happens if we stop working with you?
The notes belong to you. If you leave, the notes go with you.
How it starts
One team first.
Then the next one.
You see something working in weeks, not months.
Four steps, in this order
- We read what you already hold. Spreadsheets, tickets, notes in the CRM, chat threads, documents. Whatever your teams write down and never look at again. Nothing has to be replaced.
- We draw you the map. One picture of everything your company knows and how it joins up, so you can see where the answers are and which ones nobody can reach.
- We build one thing. One job a team repeats every week, done by the software instead, so you can see it working before you decide anything else.
- Then the next team. The same notes, a new job. Every team you add writes more notes, and more notes make the answers better for every other team.
Each step is its own decision, made after you have seen the one before it.

Start with one team.
Tell us what your company does, and which questions take your teams too long to answer. You do not need to know anything about AI. We will answer honestly, cost included.
